Booty

We discovered that 'booty' is an American term. During Gymboroo I was telling Micah to sit his booty down during parachute time (he loves standing up underneath the parachute as it falls up and down - personally, I don't see the issue with letting him stand there, especially given the look of pure glee on his face, but his teacher feels that 15 month old children should simply sit under the parachute and watch it go up and down....whatevs). ANYWAY, my use of the word booty drew some attention. It's not a term they use here in Australia and the mums found it funny. To be honest, it sounds kind of odd pronounced with an Australian accent. :)
